Water Metering
Water readings of each tenant’s individual consumption is read and billed. Communal usage is also calculated and billed according to your requirements.

We manage the city council water account

We bill according to the tariffs prescribed by The City Council.

A member of Rubidia physically records the readings every month which is then billed to the tenant/owner of the building.

The bulk (municipality meters) readings are also recorded which is then used to calculate the communal usage for the property. This will be divided between the tenants or billed to the body corporate. (Communal usage is for example guard houses and irrigation)

The bill will be sent to the relevant tenant via email. Payment is due within 2 weeks.

Late payment will receive a warning letter 3 days prior to cut-off. (Reconnection and tamper fees will be charged)
Electrical Metering
We manage office blocks, malls, complexes, and factories, by verifying each tenant's individual electrical consumption including the billing and payment collection thereof.
